The Mediberg's mask

Mediberg, company leader for the production of disposable surgical masks, devotes the maximum care to every medical device produced, in order to guarantee that each surgical mask assures total protection against incoming and out-coming bacteria.

The long tradition and the big experience together with the constant research and development of raw materials let Mediberg, in year 2007, to obtain the classification of Type II for its own 3-layers disposable surgical masks, and the classification of Type IIR for its own 4-layers disposable surgical masks, according to the new European standards EN 14683:2005.

All Mediberg's masks are guaranteed fulfilling bacterial filtration efficiency (B.F.E.) > 99%, according to the standards mentioned into the European norm EN 14683:2005, assuring the wearer nearly a total protection.
The filtration efficiency of Mediberg's masks is guaranteed at the best level for three hours of use at least.

Furthermore, Mediberg's masks have a very low breathing resistance, at a value < 29,4 Pascal/cm2 both for 4-layers masks, classified as Type IIR, and for 3-layers masks, classified as Type II, therefore they guarantee easy breathing in every situation.

The high quality woven non-woven raw materials selected by Mediberg for its own surgical masks are characterised by the following quality advantages:

• hypoallergenic, latex-free, glass fibres free, avoiding any possible irritation source, fit also for very sensible skins;
• their minimum thickness makes them be extremely soft and velvet-like;
• their soft resting colours make pleasant using them;
• a weight less than 3,5 grams of 3-layers masks, and a maximum weight of 9,2 grams of 4-layers masks with wrapping visor let Mediberg's masks be extremely light.

All of our masks are provided inside special re-closable anti-dust dispenser boxes. The full opening of the dispenser avoids to spoil the mask when taking it out.
